Milk Room Repaired. (July 2025). The shingles, roof, and parts of the structure of the miilk room were damaged due to wear and tear. New shingles, 40% of wood on roof replaced, back wall siding replaced with clapboard, and structural reinforcement.
Electrical Work in Barn and Milk Room. (August 2025). The old wiring from the Farmhouse to the Barn and Milk Room was dug up and replaced with new wiring and conduit. The subpanel in the Milk Room was replaced and upgraded. The wiring, outlets, and fixtures in the Milk Room and Barn were replaced with metal clad wiring.
