About
High Meadows Farm was a small subsistance, non-commerical farm that is best classified as a small family farm or hobby farm. All the animals and crops produced were consumed by the family except for a brief period of time in the late 1970s when it produced milk for commercial use and sold wool to the local wool mill. In its later years it produced hay for a neighboring farm and had a small family vegetable garden.
